The Royal Book can be opened from the menu at the top right of the screen or by pressing Tab on the keyboard. The pages in the book provide useful overviews of various aspects of city management. Pages only become available in the Royal Book when they become relevant in the game; for example, the Taxation page does not appear until the player builds a Tax Office and assigns a Tax Collector.
