The Bailiff Office is a sub-building of the Manor House. It is unlocked in tier 2 on the Labour path of the Progression tree for the cost of 5 Labor Influence.png Labour Influence. It allows the player to appoint a Bailiff, who can carry out Mandates on the ruler's (player's) behalf.

The Bailiff Office must have at least one room and one door. It must also be built in an area of Light Fortification.
