The Bailiff Office is a sub-building of the Manor House. It is unlocked in tier 2 on the Labour path of the Progression tree for the cost of 5 Labor Influence.png Labour Influence. It allows the player to appoint a Bailiff, who can carry out Mandates on the ruler's (player's) behalf.
