The Bailiff Office is a sub-building of the Manor House. It is unlocked in tier 2 on the Labour path of the Progression tree for the cost of 5
Labour Influence. It allows the player to appoint a Bailiff, who can carry out Mandates on the ruler's (player's) behalf.
The Bailiff Office is modular and can therefore be expanded and decorated using only the common building parts of the Manor House. This does not however expand the capacity of the sub-building; it is only ever possible to assign one Bailiff in a town. The Bailiff Office has no unique building parts.
