==Overview==
Once a modular building such as the [[lord manor]] have been placed, clicking on the building will show the list of parts. Under some of these parts is the option to designate a room. Once assigned, the function can then be changed if so desired.
 
Functional rooms can be broadly classified as general or building specific.

General rooms can be placed in a range of buildings and carry out functions that improve the village as a whole.
 
===Bailiff Office===
Allows for the employment of a [[bailiff]]. Only one office can be built in a village.

===Treasury===
Installing a treasury increases the amount of golf coins which can be stock piled. For every treasury installed in the village the capacity is increased by 30 multiplied by the room size it is installed in; if a room has a size of 8 it will increase by 240 for example.

===Tax Collector's Office===
The tax collector's office allows for the acquisition of taxes from buildings, bringing in additional income from outside the markets and [[quests]]. The amount collected per month is dependant on the number of buildings the collector is able to visit during their working hours.
