The Rustic Church is a building in Foundation.
It is a a modular building, and therefore has construction requirements and can be expanded and decorated as the game continues. The larger it is, the more Villagers will be able to visit it each week.

A modular building that requires at least a core, tower and door. Once constructed, it will satisfy villagers need for Service. A bare minimum construction can satisfy this need for 20 villagers at a time. All villagers with the exception of newcomers have this need.
At the start of the game this building only has thatched building parts. Stone parts for the building can be unlocked in tier 1 of the Clergy path in the Progression Tree at a cost of . Decorations unlocked by the decorative packages in the Common path and the Clergy Splendour packages in the Clergy path can also be used on this building.

Upon reaching 10 citizens and 5 Clergy Splendor, additional parts can be purchased in exchange for 3 Clergy Influence once the village has 10 serfs.
The Rustic Church is staffed by Village Priests, assigned by the player. The optimum rank for this role is Commoner.

Components
Requirements
Each component extends the size and splendor of the rustic church. Although they can be placed as is, many components can be resized; increasing the splendor given, cost to construct and Maintenance Cost. In addition to the main components, the Mother and Child Stained Glass and King and Monk Stained Glass Masterpieces can be installed.
In order to function properly a Rustic Church must contain at least one Room part and at least one Bell Tower part. It must also have an access door, or be attached to another building with an access door.

Rooms
Construction
Rooms make up the capacity of the building. A single core is essential for construction.
As with all modular buildings, the Rustic Church can be expanded as the game goes on. The vertical size of Room parts can also be adjusted, which increases the build costs, , and capacity of the building part.

Basic Parts
Rooms
Rooms make up the main body of the building.
