It is a modular building, meaning that it can contain sub-buildings, which allow different sections of the same building to perform different functions. It shares the Stall parts of the Market which are unlocked in tiers 2 and 3 of the Common path, and its own sub-buildings are unlocked in tiers 4 and 5 of the Labour path of the Progression tree.
