The Might of a Company is calculated based on the number of Combatants, their ranks, and their strength levels. Strength levels are calculated based on the tier of the assigned [[Resources#Weapons|weapon]], level of training, and level of experience, which is gained through being sent on military Missions. | |||
Each military Mission has a recommended Might level. A Company that does not meet this recommended level is more likely to suffer injuries or deaths during the Mission. | |||
