Soldiers are a specific type of Villagers that work in Keeps and can be sent on Missions, and can either live in nearby housing or in the Barrack sub-building as a part of the keep. They have 3 tiers: Militian, Soldier, and Knight, each tier with increasing strength and Needs.

Soldiers can be equipped with either a Sword.pngSword or Spear.pngSpear, each weapon offering better strength and thus chance at success in the missions.

The tab for Soldiers in the Book can be accessed by pressing F6.

Training

Soldiers will train at the Training Grounds using a dummy. Better training increases the strength and chance to level up in a mission.

When a soldier is wounded, the soldier can also heal at the Training Grounds the same way.

Promotion

Like standard villagers, soldiers can be promoted to higher tiers. This increases their prowess but also their desire for luxury. Promoting itself costs nothing besides the increased needs of the higher tier soldier.
