Bailiff

The bailiff is a specially appointed villager in Foundation. A village is restricted to one bailiff and their office must be unlocked with 5 Labour Influence.

Overview

The first time the bailiff will be available is once the manor house has been constructed and a room has been assigned as the bailiff office, the village bailiff can be appointed. This appointment alone provides a permanent bonus to the village.

Beyond the initial bonus, the bailiff has three other functions, which much be manually initiated:

• Prospect a resource
• Improve relations
• Study a blueprint
