Bailiff

The bailiff is a specially appointed villager in Foundation. A village is restricted to one bailiff and their office must be unlocked with Influence (3).

Overview

The first time the bailiff will be available is once the manor house has been constructed and a room has been assigned as the bailiff office, the village bailiff can be appointed. This appointment alone provides a permanent bonus to the village.

Beyond the initial bonus, the bailiff has three other functions, which much be manually initiated:

• Prospect a resource
• Improve relations
• Study a blueprint
