They are modular buildings, and therefore have construction requirements, and can be expanded and decorated as the game continues. The larger the Church, the more Villagers will be able to visit each week. Churches can be improved and decorated to contribute Clergy Splendor.png Clergy Splendour.

Churches are staffed by Village Priests, assigned by the player. The optimum rank for this role is Commoner.
