The Great Hall is a sub-building that can be built in the Manor House, Monastery or Keep. It is a modular building and can therefore be expanded and decorated as the town develops. Expanding it does not have any effect on its function or capacity however.
The Great Hall unlocks the Mandates tab in the User Interface, allowing the player to carry out Mandates through the Bailiff, Monastic Emissary or Royal Courtier.

Requirements
The Great Hall must consist of at least one room, one door, and one visitor location arrow. Visiting messengers will stand at this arrow until the player clicks on their message icon to hear their message, or until their timer runs out, after which they will leave.
