The Herb Garden is a sub-building of the Monastery. It produces 
Herbs over time when workers are assigned to it.
All sub-buildings of the Monastery are staffed automatically by Monastics that the player has devoted to the Monastery, rather than being assigned directly by the player. The optimum rank for the Gardener role is Brother/Sister.
Requirements
The Herb Garden must consist of at least one planter not finished
