The bailiff is a specially appointed villager in Foundation. A village is restricted to one bailiff.
Overview
Available once the lord manor has been constructed and a room has been assigned the village bailiff can be appointed. This appointment alone provides a permanent bonus to the village.
Beyond the initial bonus, the bailiff has three other functions, which much be manually initiated:
