==Description==
After becoming available following the construction of the [[builder's workshop]], the gathering hut is the first food resource available to a fledgling village. 

[[Gatherer]]s employed at the site will collect berries from the nearest available berry bushes that are marked within an [[extraction zone]], collecting a single berry at a time before returning to the hut to deposit it.

Berries within the hut are then collected by a [[transporter]] employed at a [[granary]] that has been assigned to store them.
